It also indicates the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations imposed on the property by state or local regulations. Black Gold Engineering has performed

Black Gold Engineering teams with some of the industry’s top aerial mapping firms to provide mapping and imagery for all our client’s needs and has provided numerous aerial mapping projects throughout the State of California.
Processing Tentative and Final Maps (Parcel & Tract)
Black Gold Engineering is efficient in processing tentative and final maps and can streamline the process by having experience with the local agencies and their requirements necessary to help keep a construction timeline on track.
Lot Line Adjustments/Mergers
A lot line adjustment is the process that is used to change property lines of existing parcels. The process can be used to do a number of things, such as: combine up to four (4) adjacent parcels into one (1) parcel, alter the boundary between up to four (4) parcels, or reconfigure the shapes of up to four (4) parcels. Black Gold Engineering can provide Lot Line Adjustments or Mergers ranging from the simplest to the most
complex and process it through the local agency to recording.

State and local laws including the California Business and Professions Code.

Black Gold Engineering can provide a Legal Description and Plat for the recording of an easement, metes and bounds, aliquot parts or any other instrument that requires a Legal & Plat.
Construction Staking
Black Gold Engineering has extensive experience in all phases of construction staking. That includes large and small-scale Subdivisions, Travel Centers, Commercial sites and School sites. Black Golds office staff has a QA/QC process which includes all calculations are done before the survey team heads to the field which eliminates errors by making sure that the Field Survey Team is equipped with the necessary plans and cutsheets to perform the task accurately as well as quickly and efficiently as possible.(Black Gold Engineering can fulfill a staking request with a 48 hour notice and sometimes within the same day if needed)
